William Joseph’s unique compositions and arrangements combine elements of classical, movie soundtrack, and popular music styles to create a sound all his own.  William is a trailblazer for the piano genre in the 21st Century releasing groundbreaking albums and making sheet music available for pianists across the world to perform his music. He has toured with Josh Groban, Clay Aiken, and performed alongside Barbara Streisand, Natalie Cole, Il Divo, and others.

William released two albums on the Warner Bros label, “Within” and “Beyond” as well as a sacred hymns album entitled “Be Still” with the Sounds of Zion label. He has performed across the world to universal acclaim including television appearances on Dr. Phil and multiple PBS Specials. William’s YouTube videos have millions of views including collaborations with Lindsey Stirling and his viral video performing on a piano floating on Utah Lake.

A classical piano prodigy, his musical talent was discovered when he was four years old. While watching Fraggle Rock, young William brought out his toy piano and started playing along with the theme song putting both hands together. Soon he was composing his own music and studying with famed pianist Stella Saperstein.

In 2003, at a local charity event for legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, Joseph was introduced to GRAMMY Award-winning producer, David Foster. An impromptu performance of Joseph’s original composition caught Foster’s attention. Foster began working with Joseph immediately on what would become his major-label solo debut.

William has been in-demand for a number of high-profile musical events, including a 2004 tour with Josh Groban, a 2005 tour with Clay Aiken including a collaboration with him on his album “A Thousand Different Ways.” William has appeared center stage for several prestigious celebrity events, including tennis great Andre Agassi’s “Grand Slam for Children” fundraiser with Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and John Mayer; a charity event for Carousel of Hope with Beyoncé; as well as at private parties held in the homes of actresses Eva Longoria and Jane Seymour and Arnold Schwarzenegger. William performed “Kashmir” at the star-studded opening of the Broad Contemporary Art Museum at LACMA, an invitation-only gala event attended by Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Prince Andrew, Steve Martin, and Dustin Hoffman among many others.

He performed with Lyceum Music Festival Director Kayson Brown and the American Heritage Lyceum Philharmonic in 2014 at the Thanksgiving Point Amphitheatre. William has spent much of his life seeking to use his musical talents to uplift and inspire others. He is an amazing, young performer and natural educator. See more at www.william-joseph.com
